Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Starlight Library, we take great care in delivering your books safely and in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, email us at starlightlibraryiq@gmail.com or our Instagram page with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

Order Cancellations

In-stock books: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Preorders: You may cancel a preorder within 2 days of placing the order by contacting us at starlightlibraryiq@gmail.com. After this period, the order is final and non-refundable.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement copy of the same book (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days once approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Preorders

After the 2-day cancellation window, all preorders are final.

Once the book is released and shipped, our standard damaged/missing item policy applies.
